AFC Needs – 2012 Free Agency Pre-Draft Update

We last updated the AFC team needs four weeks ago.  With just days to go until the NFL draft, it’s time to see how team rosters have shaped up, and to see how teams are doing addressing their needs and adjusting those needs where need be.  Also, now that the most significant free agents have mostly been signed, we will continue to see free agent activity through the so-called “secondary market”, the market that develops following the NFL draft where teams sign remaining free agents.  To see the most updated list of free agents (we included some of the more notable defensive free agents too), see this link. Notable Offensive & Defensive Free Agents – Pre-NFL Draft – Fantasy Football

With the NFL Draft this week, we felt it time to update the list of free agents available on the offensive side and defensive side of the ball.  While the offensive side of the ball tends to be the side most people who play fantasy football are most interested in, free agents on the defensive side of the ball could affect how your team approaches its draft this week, as well as how your team goes about filling out the remainder of their roster needs after the draft.  The lists that follow are not exhaustive.
