The Bills: Putting It All Together

Last season, the Bills (6-10) continued to be one of the worst teams defending the rush, top-five worst in football. This was an honor the Bills held in 2010 and 2012.  What’s more, the Bills pass defense had its share of problems too, but still finished top-ten in least yards allowed. Entering the off-season, the Bills would do well to improve their defense at the line of scrimmage and in the middle of the field. This could only help Continue reading

Going The Distance: Round 1 of the NFL Draft

The first round of the draft is always the most unpredictable. One week ago, no one would have believed the Dolphins would trade down to the third pick to draft a defensive end as opposed to the best offensive tackle on the board. No one would have believed that DJ Hayden would have been the first defensive back drafted. No one would have believed Continue reading

Building Sandcastles Through The Draft: Round 1 Mock

This year’s draft will likely be the most unpredictable in history. One thing appears certain though. A large number of offensive linemen will be drafted. It is expected that four offensive tackles will be drafted within the first seven picks in the draft. One quarter of the picks will be spent on offensive linemen, tackles and guards.
