Defenses Draftable by Quarterback for Fantasy Football

Unless you are required to have two defenses/special teams on your fantasy football roster, you could opt to draft one defense/special team in your fantasy football draft and play the waiver wire during the bye week.  Fantasy footballers should avoid the situation of your quarterback playing your defense in fantasy football.  In short, it is fantasy football quicksand.  Generally, when playing your quarterback against your defense in fantasy football, as one does well in the game, the other does worse, and vice versa.  Your fantasy football team never seems to get ahead.  So as to maximize your roster, you might consider drafting a defense that never has to play your quarterback.  The table below should help.
