After the morning games, which built a base of fantasy points that many hoped would be added to by the late Sunday games, there were some stunning performances that either carried fantasy managers to victory, or that dropped fantasy managers to losses. In all-important Week 16, players in the Saturday night game and the Sunday morning games like CJ Spiller, Calvin Johnson, Dez Bryant, and Roddy White, helped many fantasy managers win Fantasy Championships, and helped others advance to the final round of their playoffs in Week 17. Then, there were other players, who have been inconsistent that broke out like Jamaal Charles and Reggie Bush, both players that could have been on fantasy pines. This week, fantasy mainstays like Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, Matt Ryan, Arian Foster, Adrian Peterson, Julio Jones, and Andre Johnson led many fantasy teams to the next round of the playoffs. Unfortunately, there were also several players who while expected to play well this week, shockingly fell far short of expectations, like Eli Manning and Josh Freeman for example, and likely caused many fantasy football teams to lose this week.
