By Alexander George. Brandon Marshall has agreed to a two year deal worth twelve million dollars with the New York Giants. Despite playing for several teams over his ten year NFL career (Broncos, Dolphins, Bears, and Jets), Marshall has never been to the playoffs. Just a couple of days until his thirty-third birthday, he is hoping to change this by signing with the New York Giants, a team that has won two Super Bowls in the last ten seasons with franchise quarterback Eli Manning under center.
Brandon Marshall’s towering height and physical toughness makes him a perfect fit for the New York Giants.
Brandon Marshall has been a solid fantasy football player despite a sub-par 2016 season with the New York Jets where he hauled in 59 receptions for 788 yards and 3 touchdowns. With side-by-side to Odell Beckham, Jr., He’ll be viewed as a WR2 this offseason with Beckham maintaining his WR1 status. Both Marshall and Beckham should have a floor of 80 receptions, 1,000-plus yards receiving, and five-plus touchdowns.
Eli Manning solidifies himself as a QB1 for the 2017 fantasy football season. Manning is in line for 4,400-plus yards passing and 30-plus touchdowns.
