Thank you for considering a Skybox Subscription from TheFantasyGreek.com and welcome to our third season providing exclusive first-look access and early-bird access to some of the information that I rely on to set my weekly line-ups.
If you purchase “The Fantasy Greek Draft Guide,” the SkyBox Subscription is FREE! Otherwise, an annual Skybox Subscription is $17.99, and includes year-round content year-round, not just during the football season. In other words, you don’t just pay for in-season content, but off-season content too. (Please note, portions of subscription articles may be made viewable on the public portion of the site in order to bring the SKYBOX Subscription to the attention of non-subscribers but only after you’ve gotten the first look.)
Here’s what you get:
On Tuesdays, The Fantasy Greek provides a Quick Hit List of Starts/Sits. Players are categorized as “On The Gridiron” (Starts) in reference to the gridiron pattern of a football field, “On The Pine” (Sits) in reference to the wooden benches used long ago for players were not starters or not playing well, or “Coach’s Decision” in reference to players you the fantasy football owner will have to decide whether to start or sit by comparing these players to others on your roster.
EXCLUSIVE – Fantasy Points Allowed for Offensive Positions, DSTs, and Kickers
Every week, beginning in Week 2, The Fantasy Greek provides The Fantasy Greek’s Fantasy Points Allowed tool. This is an average of the fantasy points allowed by a team’s defense to the other team’s position players. It is provided for quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, and tight-ends, as well as for defenses/special teams and kickers. It is intended to help you identify when your position players have a favorable fantasy football match-up versus an unfavorable fantasy football match-up. This is especially helpful for comparing multiple players on a match-up based basis, or players that are a Coach’s Decision. Based on a suggestion provided by one of The Fantasy Greek’s followers, the names of affected players are provided. Also, beginning in Week 3, we provide the previous 3-week ranking so you can see whether a team is trending up or down in how they defend a particular position.
EXCLUSIVE – Favorable/Unfavorable Fantasy Football Playoffs Schedules (Exclusive)
In Week 8, The Fantasy Greek provides rankings of those teams with FAVORABLE and UNFAVORABLE schedules for Weeks 14 – 16 and Weeks 15 – 17, the playoff weeks of most fantasy football leagues, for each primary fantasy position: QB, RB, WR, TE, and DST. This ranking is based on fantasy points allowed up to the previous week by opponents of each team by position. It will be a helpful tool as you consider trades after the first two months of the season, when there is usually an uptick in trade activity, especially heading in the bye-weeks.
EXCLUSIVE – GAME-BY-GAME PREVIEWS
Besides explaining who The Fantasy Greek thinks will win each game, the goal of the Game Previews is to provide fantasy football players with enough information to make sensible and reasonable choices in setting their weekly line-up. I’ll be reviewing the weekly match-ups and identify which players are “On the Gridiron,” a “Coach’s Decision,” or “On The Pine” in narrative, analytical form. For many, the information provided simply provides affirmation to roster decisions already made. You can read about your players’ match-ups. Previews for mid-week games (i.e., Thursday day night games) should be available the night before, previews for Sunday 1:00 p.m. games should be available no later than the Thursday before, and previews for Sunday 4:00 p.m., Sunday night, and Monday night games should be available no later than the Friday before. It’s 256 magazine quality game previews, easily justifying the subscription you get.
